All I want is to get a 3 month bank statement going from Sept-Nov, whenever I request a 3 month bank statement it gives me one between Jul-Sept. Why the **** is that so?

Click on "My Bank Accounts"
click on the Left "Menu"
select Statements History
Select the Bank Account (if you have more than one account)
You will then see a list of Statements with the statement dates, click download for the ones you require

Depending on what you need it for needs to be signed anyway so might as well go to bank.

Your statement cycle is set to 3 monthly. I was on the same. It basically means that the statements on the FNB website are the same as they would be if they had to post it. Your next statement would be available in January for the period October, November and December.

You will need to call telephone banking and ask them to make your statement cycle monthly.

Keep your statements in Email. It's cheaper in the long run with the FNB rip-off train

I'm not saying change from emailed statements. Just change the statement run period from 3 monthly to monthly.

If I need my statements stamped, I normally download and then just get a stamp at the bank.
They charge per page at the bank and there's this > "Have you done all your transactions and statement requests via FNB's electronic channels instead of using an FNB Branch?"
Getting a statement form the bank means 1000 less ebucks points and a drop in rewards level

Hi,

Go to "My Bank Accounts" -> Next to "Statements" and "Transfers" select "More" -> Go to "interim statements". This will give you the missing account information between the current date and the free three month statement. Hope it helps.

Go to the bank. Or download them from the very easy to use website.

There's eBucks reward level implications if you go to the bank. Be careful about that...
True, but I have a feeling the person with 1 post, who just joined, and is unable to find an online statement, is probably not too perturbed by this fact.

Risky, but a judgment call I had to make.

last year sometime I went to the bank to get a statement, they made me login on their system and do the same process you do as if you printing from home. Since then I used a bank statement which printed from home to RICA a sim
