TLDR, bought some vape juice (full authentic price) in a shop while i was out of town. Asked the guy is it legit, he says yes no problem. Got home and popped it in, tastes like kak.

Go to manufacturers website where they tell you how to spot a fake, mine is clearly the same as the one marked fake.

This isnt a branch store, so i doubt i can do anything but hey, if i can get my R300 back that would be nice.

I don't think this is one of those items that can be refunded.

Just checking on these sites for example

RETURNS AND REFUNDS PROCEDURE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

Unfortunately E-Liquids once opened cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.

A Consumer’s right to return of goods within 10 days after delivery and receive a refund is excluded in respect of goods where reasons of public health prohibit the return of such goods.
The following items are covered by this exclusion:
  1. Evolution Vape Liquids
  2. Used Coils
  3. Mouthpieces

"Another province" could indicate that driving back and attempting to get them to accept it as a return might not be cost effective.

Bin it, and move on.

Name and shame
Shame for what? OP has given no indication that he's even bothered speaking to them about it. They might've sold bad stock without even knowing it. This thread is so random.

They didn't know about it? They told him it was original. It's their responsibility to know.
