How do I get more bandwith?

Due to my own stupidity, I forgot to stop files I scheduled for download and I'm already near my cap.

Who do I phone to get the cap increased by another 3GB. They keep on sending me from one person to another and no one knows anything. The form they sent me is not very clear and I don't want to end up paying for more than one month.

One thing you should not do is to purchase additional bandwidth on your existing account. Rather purchase a 2nd account from a different ISP - that way, when one account is capped, you can use it for unlimited local downloads, whilst still having the other ccount for international traffic.
