@Mars -Sorry to disappoint you in your demands.WHAT? I demand a response from a Vodacom rep IMMEDIATELY.
WE HAVE NOT HAD AN OFFICIAL VODACOM REP ON THIS FORUM FOR MANY,MANY YEARS. THE LAST ONE WAS "VODACOMDATA".
Your demand has now been filed in " File 13"(Rubbish Bin).
As previously stated why now follow the email route via customercare@vodacom.co.za...!! This will provide you with a proper response/resolution.
