How do I post the above Flickr link on a forum/website/email(?) so that it displays the picture and NOT the link?

Above your picture, next to the Facebook and Twitter buttons, click the down-arrow. Select "Grab the HTML/BBcode". Select the BBcode radio button, select the size of the picture, then copy the code and paste it here.

I can see it. Check your "display images" option on Forum Actions > General Settings
