How do you arrange your homescreen/app drawer?

I am more of an "alphabetical" order type of guy with no folders, so usually go by that.

What is your preference?

Coming from Android, I miss that you can arrange it as you see fit, and miss the app drawer, but it is something I have gotten used to.

First by use (various pages) followed by alphabetical order on said page. Makes finding things for me a lot easier.

App drawer I leave as is. Both my Nexus 5X and Z2 tablet are on Android 6.
As for home screens- folders. Google Apps in one folder, social media apps in another, regular used utilities in another.
Phone, contacts, WhatsApp and Settings on the bar at the bottom of the screen- and aldiko on the tablet.

I order by most commonly used Apps except for my 2nd screen/page from the top that has all my 4 odd folders. Then my last page (of 3) has my newest installed Apps I'm still busy "testing" to see if I must keep or dump.
