If they are TKing needlessly, you'll need screen caps and proof before SGS will do anything.

Page Down is a punish, Page Up is a forgive - but it's generally better only to punish if you were TKed for a jet or similar, if some oke shoots you instead of the enemy right next to you then forgive, he'll still take a hit to his points and since it wasn't deliberate there's no need to be nasty
