How do you speak to a human at CellC?

Ive tried 141... and it gets to option 4 and dies. Ive tried 140 and there are just endless adds and voice menu's that are pissing me off to no end.

I just got a new CellC sim (it was RICA`d), but I need to get the number and they offer no information on how to get your number (so you can load data and airtime).

These mobile companies are getting more and more useless

Thanks Ginggs. You should let the guys know that their voice menu system is broken on 141. When you phone it goes, "Press 1 for X, Press 2 for Y, Press 3 for Z, Press 4......" Thats it

My ADSL is down (lightning strike), so waiting on Doffkom to fix it. I needed that for bandwidth Can you take pictures of the people you call so I can feel like I am spending the money

Ginggs suggestion worked thanks. I also have several spare sims, so I would just have thrown away the CellC sim and used another provider rather than drive to a CellC shop. Would be nice if they had a call center with humans you could speak to though.

What the OOB default rate for bandwidth? IE, if you havent loaded any data and are just using money you loaded? 50c a mb?

No. The one menu (141) cuts off at 4. Its like, "press 4...." and thats that.

you can use *147# and select option 8 (customer info) and that would provide you with the number.
