I was wondering if your cap resets after the month has ended, ie: 31st of every month or 31 days after you activated the product, ie: if i activated the product on the 15th of June, will it reset on the 15th of July?

It will reset on the 1st of each month.
The cap data trackers are tricky bits of software, and it is FAR easier to configure a single period (Monthly), than any kind other period.
