Telkom coverage map shows 2mb adsl is all that's available to us yet I upgraded to 4mb a couple of months ago...?

When I contact call center to find out max speed available they also tell me 2mb is the highest speed according to what they "see on screen"

Who is sitting the pot miss when we are on 4mb?

In my area Telkom Says 4meg,, but I'm on a 10 meg line,, and my router says the max my line can support is 17.8 meg,, lol go figure
