I would believe a long time, but it depends on allot of factors. Food source, housing or building materials, weather and allot more...

in reality, probably a couple of days...

Personally, disease\illness\infection would likely kill me more than anything else.

Depending on availability, not too concerned around food, shelter, warmth - should be able to deal with those.

I have never been that hungry, but I guess there is a first time for everything.

0 Days = if seriously injured from whatever caused me to be stranded.
1 Day= predators that can easily hunt and kill me or stranded in an island in below freezing conditions. I never lived in such an environment.
A few days if no water. A bit longer if there is water but no food.

Longer than this requires luck, ingenuity, health and access to resources such as tools, abundant sources of food, clothing, reasonable climate, shelter/resources available to make shelter etc.

Historically, even people who lived off the land, knew a bit of bad luck i.e. predator, storm, wildfire, a bad fall etc was enough to get them killed.
