I phoned On Tuesday for a new order, I had my line running the same week Friday. The guy was there on Thursday, but he did not have the tools to pull a new line from the pole. This was last month.
Do not use move my line service, I heard its terrible. Rather order new line and cancel the old one.
The install time is depending on how busy they are in area, and telkom is on "break" atm, no new installs gets done until next year so far as I know.
