How long does it take to get new Cap???

I am gonna hit my cap if they diconnect me,i was on 2.9683. Only problem is I need my connection first thing in the morning as i do alot of work on Overseas sites. Does Any one know what time they reset the accounts, Is it at 12 or realistically 10am next day.

It's always been at midnight for me. I disconnect a few mins before midnight and reconnect a few minutes after midnight and I'm always uncapped by then.

I get disconnected 24 hours after I last connected, unless it's different on the last day of the month.
