How long does it take Vumatel to respond to emails ?

I have requested them to email me the number of houses that need to show their interest so our area can qualify for fibre to be laid.
It's going to be 2 days and they haven't responded.

Anyone knows how long it takes Vumatel to respond to emails.

That's a clear sing they are not interested...

My area has 3 phases and the 3rd phase is the only part of the area that has a body corporate which obviously makes it much easier to help with getting people to show their interest, so I need actual figures before approaching the body corporate. imagine if i approach them and in fact vumatel wants 30% from all 3 phases.

Looks like I will use the social@vumatel.co.za address and if that doesn't work then I will try a phone call.

Finally got a response from them.
Unfortunately, they said planning hasn't been done for my suburb so obviously they can't give any figures. Just have to wait for them to announce new areas.
