It depends a lot on what I drink. If I avoid the hard stuff and just slam beer I'm usually fine by the following afternoon. If I get stuck into the hard stuff then I'm a write-off for the whole of the next day and occasionally I will still not feel 100% the morning after that if its a particularly big night (like not hungover but not all bright and shiny either).

How much do you guys drink to feel like that? What are the symptoms of a hangover. Dont think I've ever had one. Just feel a little nauseous the next day.

The last hangover I remember that outlasted the next day:
Sat: 5 beers at Firkin + at least 10 beers at Zeplins + at leat 5 double rums + a few of my favourite cypress hill songs (aka hits from the bong).
Sun: 6 Guinness + 2 Jager

Mon = floored
Tues = feeling sorry for myself
Wed = approaching human
Thurs = sorted.

Never, ever again: that day I realised I could not booze like I used to so since then, mainly beer the odd Red Heart and very very little Cypress Hill

A little nausea is a minor hangover. Nausea, headache and fatigue are the main symptoms.

Dehydration and alcohol poisoning are the cause of hangovers. And of course tiredness from staying up late. Which is why drinking water to hydrate; eating to help your body metabolise the alcohol and sleeping a bit later are the only way to cure a hangover.

Wait, I thought Haldex was a bacophobe, meaning also a boozaphobe, on account of religion? Or does he pick and choose his tenets or do I have it wrong?

He's claimed he isn't a Muslim. Just feels the need to constantly be offended on their behalf for some reason.

:D I think you just don't drink often enough. The more often you drink the less you have these problems. Eating and drinking water before bed is the only hangover cure. I used to have that thing where I couldn't stomach food after a couple of beers. You get over it with practice.

i make a point of it drinking at least once a week, been going strong 10 years now :D
But you are right, in my early twenties we would drink heavy, 3/4 times a week, next day i eat a bar one with a red bull and I’m ready to go. if i would go drinking now in a week day, i would be DEAD the next day.

i always eat afterwards, i think it’s some kind of drunk automatic sequence, next day i will have no recognition of the McDonald’s bag next to my bed.
But the older we get, the harder it gets, we used to party until the early hours, i remember once we went straight through and had to work the next day...needless to say pulled some heavy Amps, i think i drank my last dop 6:00, so basically i was drunk until 12:00....

These days if i see 1AM its some kind of miracle..,! about 3 weeks back me and my mates started planning this big party, we will go to Colbyn driving range, take a few drinks, eat something nice, then go to Barristers in Montana, afterwards maybe end the night at tipsy turtle or where ever we end up. That night, 8:30 i was inbed.....after a few drinks at Colbyn and a steak, we all started yawning and called it a night (ever seen Hall Pass?, exactly like it happened there.....)
