How long from application for Telkom to get back to you?

I applied for the uncapped offering around two weeks ago and was lucky enough to get accepted and a reference number sent to me almost instantly. Since then I have heard nothing from Telkom regarding the next steps.

For those of you who are on the uncapped package how long did it take for Telkom to get back to you?

They still haven't responded to mine for 9 months. So be ready to wait

You have to give it to telkom, in a country full of companies with bad service, like FNB, ABSA, Vodacom, City Of Tshwane etc, Telkom decided not today, not us, so rather than giving us poor mediocure service Telkom decided that NO service is better than bad service. We cant say their service is bad if there is simply no service....
