Nice to see that these companies are not getting themselves hamstrung by the red tape that exists with copper infrastructure, such as local loop unbundling.

In 2015 I did an exercise mapping out all known information onto our GIS for our clients. It took several weeks of solid work

A number of providers then started changing their maps to 'query-based'. I still do a lot of manual mapping, just to get an idea. I've learned quite a few tricks to short cut but it's very time consuming.

Are you a fibre infrastructure provider or an ISP?

Hi Pinball, both (kind of) LightFibre (our sister company) provides the infrastructure for us and SolidFibre provides the connectivity to the Home or Business. We are also not geographically bond - but focus on smaller areas (like in the South Joburg) - Customer care and relationships are our key focus.
