Statistics South Africa has released its latest Labour market dynamics report.

Interesting. My official work hours are 42.5 hours a week, but a good week is around 50 hours, a bad week can go up to 65 hours. Season time 70+ hours a week.

It's not the managers it's the company policies. Everyone has to be at work 9 hours from this set time to this set time.
Reasons why we have a lot of traffic, unhappy people and so on.
