How many Macbooks sold in SA?

Hi guys,

I have a product that I would like to market to Macbook users. Any idea how many have been sold in South Africa since 2011 or so?

Well i can tell you in my office alone.

There is well over 50 macbooks.

my previous company before i left had about 100 macbooks.

i would say you would easily be able to find someone to sell your product to, depending on what it is and how good it is.

can't tell you how many has been sold since 2011... million? i tried to google quickly but just lots of adverts for macbooks on gumtree came up. :D

Completely depends on what your product is... Also, have you approached Core and other dealers like DigiCape?

It's nothing life changing. I have someone capable of making high quality vinyl decals in South Africa. Have a number of designs ready to go, with a couple of specific to South Africa/Cape Town/Table Mountain etc. They are available internationally, but far too expensive to import 1 at a time for the end-user.

Why are you limiting yourself to SA only?

MacBook decals are an industry on their own. Apple even made TV ads about it.

I usually just buy mine on Etsy.
