I don't have to beg, crawl, pay, commit, jump through hoops, say **** I don't really mean, answer her if she asks me if she looks fat in those jeans, listen to her bitch about her backstabbing friends instead of just stop being friends with them, handle her moods or road rage... and she loves that I don't do those things even though she hates it as well. Frankly I have never had issues with marriage myself. I on the other hand have huge issues with people who expect it to change the relationship, for example guys who get lazy in the relationship or girls who suddenly have new expectations.

It took me 8 years to propose and we have been living together for 3 of those years. We have discussed everything from kids to money and everything else under the sun.

This time has given the ability to deal with each others quirks. She knows that if she becomes a "nag" I will cheat my ass off, and if I become lazy she will be a cold misery. We know each other inside out. I have rolled over in bed and farted in her in my sleep and she has been so plastered she has puked on me while I was driving. Even with this I still find her the most beautiful amazing wonderful gift from god.

Why wouldn't I want to marry her?

Acid you need better taste in women. If these are the women you are finding your compass is off. My woman works 12 hours a day as a teacher and a tutor. She feels uncomfortable if I pay for more than dinner and finds gym a great place to unwind.

I try to but the restraining order afterwards is kind of a drag. Seriously, my "radar" consists of a battery of "tests" I've devised over the years. Suttle questions, mannerisms etc (same **** women do to men except, to women). And I've found the minute I THINK I have found a decent woman, there's going to be some black-dude hung like a horse porn star with aids that's going to jump out at me going "SUPRISE MOFO!".... so when I do find that decent lady... I usually brace for impact.

I'm too old to get a girl when they're all young and innocent now. So I'm happy with the whores for now since I get what I want when I want when the mood strikes. Emotionally I've cut myself off back in 2007 and I LOVE being misanthropic. Makes me all happy inside and people tend to stay the **** out of my way
