What MTN really wants from Telkom

For MTN to get the Competition Commission’s approval to acquire Telkom, it must structure the deal extremely carefully.

I thought Telkom was difficult ito contract management and cancelation, until I recently tried to cancel a MTN contract.... what putrid hell. Their shops can do nothing, emails nothing, only one way - call center. You will wait. I'm still waiting. Absolutely useless.
