So, basically locking up most of the funds until retirement age, powers-that-be always know what is best for you...

Should be a nice return in a country where the average life expectancy is 65.3.

I think it is a good idea as long as the government cant get their grubby big fingers on the money .
I never touched my pension and i live very comfortably on my pension . i am not a burden to the state and have a good medical aid .

In a country like SA its never a good idea. Even in the UK people have 3rd party pensions.

The government will never know what is best for everyone. They need to have their powers reduced.
