Is there any penalty to changing insurers quickly?

I moved to Dial Direct last year October and I want to move because their app sucks. It doesn't activate when it is supposed to activate, and that means it doesn't track my trips, meaning I don't get my cashback.

I think you can change as much as you want, as long as you don't a break (as in skip months with no insurance)

I've heard somewhere that it can knock on your risk profile.

I stand corrected.

You can change every month as long as you comply with the required notice.

Not sure of any potential impact on premiums though.

I used to change once a year, for many years. Saved quite a few rand. Nowadays I just don't have the time to call around for quotes anymore, it's also now been the first time in my life that I have gotten increases to my premium. Paying for my laziness basically.
