Making fun of someone not owning a car is not on though, especially for those who don't own cars because they can't afford to, I was in that position before and I would not like it if someone were to throw that in my face.

So then I would say so: I'm crazy about cars but I do not own one.

I'm not throwing anything in anyone's face.
However, if one has so much to say about cars I would expect him to comment on this topic.

BTW I'm sure all who post have a car but if they don't, it is not the end of the world.
