Brilliant. Pair him up with two people who hate him. Get him spending as much time as possible in Gauteng. Hopefully Thabo and Kgalema come on board. It’s the least they could do since they both bear partial responsibility for the Zuma mess.

Doubt any of that would keep Zuma contained. He hates work, his expertise is scheming. He'd just draw a salary while continuing his meddling behind the scenes

Zuma’s presence in the ANC’s election campaign has been described as “a headache”, with some NEC members suggesting he either be found guilty of corruption and suspended, or deployed on diplomatic missions to other African countries.
Zuma would definitely use "diplomatic missions" as a delaying tactic for not appearing in court, and I would not be surprised if Zuma attempted to turn African countries and their leaders against president Ramaphosa.
