Good day.
I'm using RouteSentry a raspppoe to have 2 connections at same time on the same pc.
So I have a "local connection" and a "international connection".
I have some content (news groups, etc...) that are aviable with both connections, but since I have a limited bandwidth on the international connection i routed all the local ips on the local connection.
I ask: is there a way to block the international connection to access to some ips (the ips aviable also in local connection)? I need it for security reasons, let's say that the local crashs and the program can't reconnect, my pc will then download from the international connection and will suck my bandwidth!!
I have a sygate personal firewall, I created an advanced rule to block the traffic from some ips on the "international connection" but, dunno why it blocks also the local connection (maybe because the connection is one the same network adapter, splitted by raspppoe).
Any idea? May be with IPSec??
Thanx in advance
