OK so managed to come right with this.

Clicked on Profile - Add&Manage Users

Edited my existing profile which was a technical contact, and changed access and functions.

Got an email with new logon details and it now shows usage under the solution ID.

Hope this helps other users.

Having the same issue has this been resolved yet?

I think it was resolved actually meneer. Try the quoted text on page one

Ah yeah ok wil try that, I had no user, so created one gave them all the prevs just waiting on that email with username and password.
