How to check last run time of program Windows 8.1?

As title suggests, how do you check the last run time of program?

Tried :

• Right-click on program shortcut/ properties
• Windows event viewer
• Control panel/ Programs and features/ last used on

None of above seems to work.

You could enable it going forward,but unless the program logs itself - you won't have the history retroactively

Only way would be if the program makes changes to the file system.
