How to check your Telkom invoice online?

Any idea how to check your telkom invoice online? To check for what they're charging you, etc?

Unless there's another way to check the invoice online, thìs one doesn't work.



The 'view your bill'' link just redirects to the account page when clicked.

I've reported it about 2-3 weeks ago, and got a reply asking whether they should just email me the pdf. :/

Now sure why that one does not work but if you click on "View and Pay your Home and Business Bill" it takes you to this page which redirects you to the correct page.

Alternatively, use their mobile app to view balance information too. For IOS or for Android. Same login as website [for those who do not know] .

Hopefully someone takes notice though about the issue you mentioned.

Nvm. Found it. Go to view and pay bill, under your invoice list, click the account number of your latest invoice and an analysis of your current invoice should appear. On the side, select account detail and the entire list of charges appears.

The "Register" page asks for a user name and a telephone number. The answer I get it that the telephone number does not exist. I have had the same number since 1972 except in 1994, an additional "6" was inserted between 7 and 1
