how to configure dns settings for ZTE MC801A?

I'm trying to configure the DNS settings of my router to use OpenDns however I cannot find the dns configuration page on the ZTE MC801A router. From my knowledge dns settings should be in the same location as DHCP but they are not there. please help me.

ps: i tried to inspect the code and search for hidden dns settings in elements but they aren't there either.

I had one those routers.
I also searched for DNS settings but was not able to find any way of doing it.
I ended up getting another router to connect to the ZTE, disabled the WiFi and firewall on the ZTE.
Had the other router to manage the LAN and WiFi.
