How to de-rattle a car's interior?

Ever since I installed the H&R suspension, for those in the know, it's way harder than Eibach, the rattles ahve come from everywhere now. Even a slight move forward will cause a slight knocking sound coming from the doors and B pillars and C pillars. When driving it sounds like something plasticky is loose inside the doors and pillars.

Today I'll remove the covers, hope its not an arduous task, to see what's happening inside!:(

I've become used to it as I just crank up the sound...but sometimes driving in quiet is needed, and then I hear this rattling crap, which as you can immagine is irritating to say the least!

I've managed to spot the rattles down to only the B and C pillars, where the seat belt tensioners are...on the Alfa forums the overwhelming suggestion was that it could be the seatbelt tensioners, I haven't got a price for them yet as I'll first have to confirm that it is actualy them that's making the noise...

Then I read about de-rattling a car, apparently AMG does it for merc and BMW does it and Subaru...all the cars with stiff susp has it covered by waranty!!!

Does anyone know what de-rattling involves? Sound deadening material? Coz then I can just buy 4 peices of brown bread or dynamat and do the sound deadening myself...

Opinions please!...oh no Alfa jokes, this forum is barred from Alfa jokes lol!:p

No Alfa jokes needed... you fitted the wrong suspension. :p Jettas have a sandwich-layer containing sand in the chassis - open the panels & pour in the building sand. :D Other than that, I've got nothing.

lol apparently there is a device for $9.99 that gets the source of the rattles useing the frequency or sound of the rattle, and tracing it lol!

1. Identify the apparent source an individual rattling noise.
2. Remove all coverings around the source.
3. Take the vehicle for a ride.
4. Only once the rattle has gone should you attempt to put the covers back on. This is extremely important.
5. If the noise returns, then the covers are the cause of the noise.
