I registered my cellphone to DSTV Now a year or so ago and used it mainly for Supersport on the go and was very happy with it. I have since cancelled that account but my phone is still registered to the cancelled account. I can't unregister it because my login details that I used back then no longer work.
The reason it's an issue is that a friend has kindly allowed me to use my cellphone as one of his registered devices. I can't register on the new account as my phone is still registered to the old account.
The Cape Town call centre were unable to help me to unregister my phone.
