At least the Boers picked themselves up and built themselves up and did some great things, they didn't use it as an excuse even if they went on a lot about it.

Surely you mean early 80's. Early 90's there were sanctions against South African. Mandela was out of prison and the ANC was in the parliament. History is catching up with you lot.

In Panama City for the same lifestyle you will probably be looking at US$25k a month or more.
