How to Enable "new" Integrated Sim Service?

Hi All
if anyone knows please assist..

Now that we have to pay to get full use of softcap data on Integrated Sim, how does one go about getting this service enabled?, Telkom Helpdesk/Customer service has no idea, when i asked them to enable it, they loaded top up data for me, now that i have hit my "free" 2gb, the service is capped/limited.

Are you a new Integrated data sim user? How long have you had this sim?

no im not a new user, have had it since September 2015

also had it a few months and on Saturday used it to watch the rugby and was capped at 2GB no warning just immediate cut off

hmm interesting then... Oh well, im not complaining, but if they charge me, then all hell will break loose lol
