How to find out what building someone's building?

Someone has knocked down about 6 houses and is building a huge...something... in a residential area (Chrisville JHB). We haven't gotten any notifications about it. Do any of you know how to find out what it is/will be?

And if it's a religious building can we find out the parking situation? There are a lot of religious buildings going up at the moment but none of them have any planning/space for parking so any Tom, Dick or Moron double parks in the street blocking traffic.
