Anyone else sick of these capitalist thugs that don't want a second hand market for softwares and games? I now give you a temp solution to resell almost any mmo game or downloadable game that you have ever purchased: I have gotten into the habbit of making a fake email address for each and every software purchase that requires me to register through email. The reason is simple: When I no longer want the software I can sell it together with the credentials to access the email account that is bound to the software. Those that buy the secondhand item from you should be advised that they should change login credentials as as soon as the transaction happens.

DRM is a fail and only applies to those who legitimately purchased the game.

Well yes but I was more aiming for those of us who DO want to purchase and support the game and possibly resell it. Besides piracy and DRM are in diff boats as most p2p downloaders do not intend to resell thier illegal copy where those that own a lefit copy might want to. It seems that people who buy original softwares are also being punished for being on the good side of the law by being prevented from reselling it when they are done.
