How to get MTN to include phone numbers of Voicemail messages in SMS?

When I get a voicemail notification sms is there some setting that I can change that the number of the person who left the voicemail is included in the sms, I'm with MTN?

It's a waste of time trying to listen to message and extract the phone number/write it down then call etc, I don't even want to call voicemail, just phone the person directly from the voicemail notification sms.

Doesn't MTN have an option to call back the person who left the voice mail? But with the so many people have with held ID.

Also looked for that but at the end of the message I don't get that option, even if it was there I would much prefer to see the number in the original sms and be able to phone the person straight away.
