How to get Openserve to do my installation quicker than going via my ISP

Im with Web Africa and they have said they have placed the order with openserve to get the installation setup. However i got a call from telkom a while ago saying they can get Openserver to install it all in a day or two.

is there a way or someone I can contact to get Openserver to do the installation and then get my ISP to flick the switch? Or do i NEED to go via WebAfrica and wait weeks?
