How to get the Grandparents Broadband ?

Dear Members

In short, I am in the UK and they are in Pretoria. They currently use what sounds like a 3G dongle capped @ 3GB p.m @R100 p.m. I don't even know if that is a good deal?


How do I get Broadband for my ageing parents in SA? What is the process to follow? Best deals? Etc.

I have checked their line on the Telkom site and all seems well - line capacity of 10mb is given.

Would appreciate an idiots guide from those in the know.

Read and understood everything.

Clicked Order Now> button.

Select Residential and click Bundles button ...

This was the easiest route for me as I had no line and no Telkom account.
