Last time I heard AGS weren't allowed to ship any products with lithium batteries from China or Hong Kong.
My phone got shipped back to the seller and I had to pay $10 return shipping.

USA you can call the local Aramex office and speak to a rep to confirm if they can ship a cell phone but I don't see a problem why they can't.

Got moered with a R2000 duties invoice today. Paid and got approval of receipt. Release in process.
