How to import from GearBest and more

Has anyone tried to return a mobile device back to Hong Kong? Received my OP6 in Aug but the screen died a few weeks ago. Because the battery is sealed inside the phone couriers refuse to touch it. It's proving difficult to return to Gearbest for exchange or repair. Any suggestions?

I had to return a phone once to Gearbest, they would only accept registered mail, so check with them first, this was around 2 years ago.
I used the Post Office, it took around 2 weeks for Gearbest to receive it, and refund was processed.
I send the Post Office slip to PayPal and they refunded the shipping cost as well.

So they've changed the In Stock date of the pocophone Again! Was meant to be arriving on the 18 Jan now after many date changes but still no confirmation. All they offer me is to either way or exchange for another product. How do I insist on a refund? I did pay via PayPal as suggested somewhere on here

I put in a request for refund just now at first they kept says wait till the 20th of February for the 6t to be shipped, and that is f...ing crazy. They said the funds should appear in my PayPal account in 48 hours.

I am thinking to order it from the USA using Aramex global shopper. Anyone think it's a bad idea. It's going to cost me $520 for the device and R300 for shipping.

Was expecting that but they say there will be no service charge. So it should be 15% vat which is about R1100 vat plus duties which I don't know how it is calculated.

Has anyone received items from Gearbest via Sweden Post Registered?
I made a purchase last week and for some reason the order was registered as "Post" instead of the Priority Line which I selected. I contacted them immediately (which is a mission in itself) and they assured me that the shipping had been changed to "Priority Line" I now receive advice that the item has shipped. Via Sweden Post registered. WTF? Now I am getting no reply to my query to them.

Hi guys been a while so I finally paid customs but it's taking forever to move from JB to CTP it's been 29 hours usually if you drive it takes about 20 hours at most. Is this normal
