Install Hard Drive Sentinal, it also uses the smart data, but usually give a good health indicator based on the smart stats. I found in 90% cases when Hard Drive Sentinal said hard drive is a bad health, the drive failed shortly after.

Agreed on this. We use it at all our customers.

Thanks used Hard Drive Sentinel. Awesome program.

Seems there is possibly something wrong with the head of the drive.

SMART already tripped on #1 = warranty replacement.
Raw value of parameters #197 shows that drive is unable to remap bad sectors. If drive is not for replacement, try zerofill entire surface and see if this parameter drops to zero. Save SMART report. Then scan for delays (MHDD for DOS or Victoria DOS or Windows). Post report including SMART reports (before and after scanning).

HD Sentinal is a very useful tool, Windows should really have some form of built in SMART monitoring these days.
