My experience has been that most call centers are frustrating to use and this includes inter alia Telkom, MTN, Renault.
On the other hand I called AA (not being a member) as I needed a tow-in and was processed through sign up, reverted to call center, and had my car fetched, all within 45 mins. I also had a followup call to check that the car had arrived at the workshop. Now THAT's how all service should be!
