Tell the religious girl that you're an atheist, instead of lying to her.

/sigh.

I would find it extremely odd to be romantically involved with a very devout person.

Very devout would be someone who goes as far as actually going to church regularly.

That is so very weird.

yeah, it is not the first time this happens either, you kinda go into the relationship or fling or whatever knowing that she won't be happy once she finds out. Previously it went from she being okay with it, to it popping up after an argument. Then there is obviously the religious family. Ag I should know better.

Agnostic is the way to go brother. A thick, grey line between the two. Lol

The guy I was dating in London at one stage was not a Christian and our relationship wasn't bad at all but alas we broke up in the end, not because of me being a Christian and him not just too different....

Been there, done that, and she took the t-shirt...

I've also done the lying thing a few times - a few of the stories are posted on mybb (the bisexual Afrikaans chick, for one). I've grown up (a little) since then and I'd just be honest from the get-go. Anyone who lives their life to such a strict code would in all likelihood not be a long term thing.

If you're looking for a quickie then as far as she's concerned you should be an ex-minister trying to rid yourself of all sexual frustration before you turn (insert appropriate age here).

Just not a catholic priest. You're better off telling her you're an atheist...

I stay way from women romantically if they are religious. I do my best to stay away from any conversation involving religion as it is just all downhill if opinions differ so to get into that with someone you fancy is just not what I want to do.

Most women out there are religious, and this was not any problem for me really. But I am amazed at the amout of Bible verses posted on Facebook and 'Like this if you love Jesus' pages age shared by the same chick that sucked my dick in the parking lot the past two nights.

My wife's Christian and we're doing OK - although more and more I notice her not going to church, so I think I'm rubbing off on her. :)

I think if two people really want to they can make it work, as long as you're just respecting each other's choices.
