How to open the povrezhenny PDF file?

I hope for your help: when we open PDF in the browser in one of our main Corporate appendices, there is a message "The file is damaged and can't be restored".
Prompt, please, any decision?

Try downloading the pdf and opening in Adobe Reader or Foxit. No idea what povrezhenny is.

First of all, are you 100% it's a PDF file?

Many people for some reason associate open word document extensions and similar with PDF somehow and then it tries to open with PDF readers and they get that error, then they think the PDF is the problem, but its not even a PDF and the user is actually the problem.

IF it really is a PDF the file might be corrupt or damage and youwill need to get an undamaged version.
