How to pay your TV licence to buy Black Friday deals

With Black Friday around the corner, many South Africans may want to take the opportunity to buy a new TV at a discounted rate. However, they must pay their TV licences up to date beforehand.

While the South African Broadcasting Service's (SABC) PayNow system is offline, there are still several ways to pay for your TV licence.

What? Didn't Hanno Labuschagne say they don't want our TV license fees anymore?

Perfect time for these guys to sell the large displays that don't have a tuner.

Any VAR in the IT business can sell you a TV without a license. Do your homework and shop around.

Speak to your own IT provider or even the IT provider for the company you work for.

It is that simple.

Unless retailers drop their current prices by at least 80%, I will in any event not be interested in a Television set. I want an 8K UHD Smart TV, minimum 120-inch screen for less than R5k or they can keep their TV's.

I am sure all the retailers are having sleepless nights because you aren't buying their TV's.
