How to re-install internet explorer 8?

Can someone please advise how to re-install Internet Explorer? Having problems with freezing at times.
Running IE 8 in Windows 7 Enterprise

Through control panel you can reinstall Microsoft internet explorer. In control panel you can get add/remove programs for Microsoft products. So there you can reinstall internet explorer. And then you can not reinstall explorer then you can re install internet explorer manually.
