A question for the accountants/auditors:
Even though we are NOT employed by company X (but merely doing a long term consulting assignment for them) they consider us as equivalent to employees and deduct 27% of our invoice amounts as PAYE and pay it over to SARS.
I invoice them RX and they pay us RX-RY(Y being the PAYE) = RZ.
They now requested me to submit a statement. How would this deduction of the PAYE be reflected on the statement? By way of example/template?
Thanks
