Orders and payments are accepted but the goods are not delivered

They have been reported to National Consumer Commission, Wendy Knowler at the Sunday Times, SAPS

An email to SARS gets the reply, "We only deal with phishing reports, anything else is ignored"

Take them to the small claims court and then let the sheriff take their stuff, I suppose?

The Summons failed as the physical address provided is false. Infinity have never occupied this address. The building owners say they get 8 enquiries a week about them

Contact Axxess to get their site looked at and shut down

Axxess declined to take down the website on the grounds that nothing illegal had been done or practiced

I personally know 8 people who paid for solar equipment and did not receive anything. One is from October last year

More than R52 000 in total. A SCC case failed as a summons could not be delivered.

A friend who does not let things slide has engaged a tracing agent. When he gets a response, he will let me know
