How to send mail on an axxess mail account from another ISP?

Hi,

I saw the answer somewhere, tried it and it didnt work.

Basically i still retrieve my axxess acounts email through thunderbird, but for obvious reasons cant send mail as I am sitting on another ISP's network.

Is there some kind of authentication / certificate i can use so that i can send mail on the axxess account through thunderbird while using another ISP?

Change the smtp server to that of the isp you are using now or try using smtp.saix.net / smtp.isdsl.net

Might also have helped if you told us who this other isp was.

Your pop is your retrieval server and your smtp is your sending server.
